Chinese New Year

Today starts the Lunar Chinese New Year.

This year is about Horses.

Every year an animal reigns for the whole year. There are 12 animals, so every 12 years the same animal is repeated. I was born on 1983, year of the pig. The next one is going to be on 2019 when I turn 36. Since I am a pig, I should share some personality traits with other pigs. Believe me, students will want to know their animal, so be prepared.


To celebrate this year, I have a printable that I have since 2005 (don’t ask me where did I get it). It’s perfect to review instructions and it’s quite fun to make.
